Your free 30-minute IT check

Before the check

• Send us a quick note through the contact form or by email. We reply, usually within a few hours, to pick a time.
• If you can, jot down your biggest frustrations (slow Wi-Fi, email problems, a new hire starting soon, "are we backed up?").
• Useful to have handy: roughly how many people and computers you have, who your internet provider is, and whether you use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

During the check (about 30 minutes)

• We ask about how your team works and what's getting in the way.
• If we're onsite, we take a quick look at your router, Wi-Fi and general setup. We won't change anything without your OK.
• We'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth fixing, or isn't something we do (like new cabling).

After the check

• You get a short email summary of what we noticed and our top recommendations.
• If you'd like help, we send a written, fixed-price quote. There's no obligation and no pressure.
