Good to know
- Month-to-month. No long-term contract; cancel with 30 days' notice.
- "Per user" means each person whose computer and accounts we support.
- Onsite visits are scheduled evenings and weekends, after you close.
- Not included: hardware, software licenses, and larger projects (like migrations or office moves), which are quoted separately at our published prices.
Managed IT support plans are not 24/7 emergency coverage, and reply times are typical, not guaranteed. Exact scope is confirmed in a short written agreement before you start. We configure and support technology; we don't run cabling or perform low-voltage contracting work.
